摘要 野生食用菌作为一种理想的健康食材,市场前景逐渐被看好。如何充分利用好我国优良的珍稀野生食用菌的资源禀赋,最大程度地开发珍稀食用菌的市场,进而实现整个野生食用菌产业的可持续发展,是当前野生食用菌行业亟需解决的问题。通过加大珍稀野生食用菌市场调查力度,做好目标顾客的市场细分和市场分析,用科学研究促进珍稀野生食用菌的人工培育技术,结合传统营销与网络平台营销有机组合,不仅能促进珍稀野生食用菌的市场化发展,而且能有效克服珍稀野生食用菌在市场开拓过程中面临的瓶颈,对我国国内的野生食用菌市场营销有重要意义。 As an ideal healthy food,the market prospects of wild edible fungi are increasingly optimistic.How to make full use of the resource endowment of Chinese excellent rare wild edible fungi,to maximize the development of the market of rare edible fungi,and to achieve the sustainable development of the entire wild edible fungus industry is an urgent problem to be solved in the current wild edible fungus industry.By increasing the investigation of rare wild edible fungus market,doing market segmentation and market analysis of target customers,using scientific research to promote the cultivation of rare wild edible fungi,combined with the traditional combination of traditional marketing and online platform marketing,can not only promote rare wild edible fungi in marketization development,and can effectively overcome the bottleneck faced by rare wild edible fungi in the market development process,which is of great significance to the market of wild edible fungi in China.
