食用菌产品输美贸易壁垒的规避策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 自中国加入WTO组织后,中国食用菌行业得到了飞速的发展。中国地域广阔,是食用菌的生产大国,随着国家经济的增长,食用菌的年产值也较改革开放初期翻了几倍。另外,中国还是食用菌主要出口国,中国出口的食用菌在国际市场占有较大的市场份额。但是我国食用菌出口贸易的过程中,发生食品安全时间的概率也不低,比如2012年美国的"多菌灵"残留事件,这些食品安全事件严重影响我国食用菌产品的出口。对食用菌产品输美贸易壁垒的规避策略进行了深入的研究和介绍,为我国食用菌产业可持续发展提供经验。 Since China accession to the WTO,Chinese edible fungus industry has developed rapidly.China is a large producer of edible fungi with a vast territory.With the growth of national economy,the annual output value of edible fungi has also increased several times compared with the initial stage of reform and opening up.In addition,China is still a major exporter of edible fungi,and the edible fungi exported by China occupy a large market share in the international market.However,in the process of export trade of edible fungi,the probability of food safety incident is not low,such as the"carbendazim"residue event in the United States in 2012,which seriously affects the export of edible fungus products in China.The evasion strategies of the trade barriers of edible fungus products to the United States were studied and introduced.In order to provide experience for the sustainable development of edible fungi industry in China.
