摘要
在食用菌栽培技术不断优化的支持下,我国已经发展成为全球最大的食用菌生产和贸易国家。在我国的一些地区,特别是食用菌连片生产地区,规模化食用菌的生产与加工已经成为活跃当地经济的主要方向。基于这种规模化生产所形成的影响力,食用菌加工、物流、产品包装等一系列上下游产业也实现了蓬勃的发展。然而,不容忽视的问题是,我国的食用菌在对外出口的过程中,因为关税问题所遭遇的贸易壁垒现象的确是目前影响食用菌出口规模进一步提升的关键性因素。
With the continuous optimization of edible fungi cultivation technology,China has developed into the world’s largest edible fungi production and trade country.In some areas of China,especially the continuous production area of edible fungi,the large-scale production and processing of edible fungi has become the main direction of active local economy.Based on the influence of large-scale production,a series of upstream and downstream industries such as edible fungi processing,logistics and product packaging have also achieved vigorous development.However,the problem that can not be ignored is that in the process of export of edible fungi,the trade barrier phenomenon encountered by the tariff problem is indeed the key factor that affects the further promotion of edible fungi export scale.
