摘要 出口贸易是我国野生食用菌的主流销售方向之一,贸易全球化拓宽了野生食用菌出口贸易市场。而我国野生食用菌产品由于农药残留导致野生食用菌对外贸易受阻,缺少附加价值、科学化管理以及品牌意识淡薄等因素均削弱野生食用菌出口的国际竞争力;为此,制定深入清除野生食用菌农残、打造品牌企业、加强出口产业化发展、科技进步促进野生菌可持续出口贸易等应对策略,以提升我国野生食用菌企业在国际市场的竞争力,扩大出口贸易市场份额。 Export trade is one of the mainstream marketing directions of wild edible fungi in China.The globalization of trade has broadened the export market of wild edible fungi.However,the foreign trade of wild edible fungi in China is blocked due to pesticide residues,and the lack of added value,scientific management and weak brand awareness all weaken the international competitiveness of wild edible fungi export.Therefore,we should formulate measures to eliminate the agricultural residues of wild edible fungi,build brand enterprises,strengthen the development of export industrialization,and promote the sustainable export trade of wild fungi through scientific and technological progress.The competitiveness of Chinese wild edible fungi enterprises were enhanced in the international market and expand the market share of export trade.
