冬虫夏草多糖提取物对缓解小鼠运动应急性疲劳的影响

Effects of Ophiocordyceps sinensis Polysaccharide Extract on Relieving Acute Exercise

为研究冬虫夏草多糖提取物对缓解小鼠运动应急性疲劳的影响性,选择40只小鼠作为试验研究对象,分为试验组和对照组,进行同时长、同强度的游泳训练。对试验组小鼠按照体重喂食冬虫夏草多糖提取物,对照组小鼠喂食安慰剂,以研究冬虫夏草多糖提取物对小鼠机体免疫球蛋白和补体系统的影响。试验结果表明,服用冬虫夏草多糖提取物后,小鼠免疫球蛋白中IgG和IgA两项指标与对比组相比未出现降低的情况,反而有所提高,此外血清中的C3、C4、CH50值也出现明显提高,证明冬虫夏草多糖提取物可以有效提高小鼠运动后的免疫力和机体补体效果,缓解小鼠运动应急性疲劳的影响,提高小鼠运动疲劳恢复能力。

In order to study the effects of Ophiocordyceps sinensis polysaccharide extract on the relief of acute fatigue in exercise mice,40 mice were selected as experimental subjects,divided into experimental and comparative groups,and swimming training was conducted at the same time and with the same intensity.The mice in the experimental group were fed the polysaccharide extract of O.sinensis according to body weight,and the mice in the contrast group were given a placebo to study the effects of O.sinensis polysaccharide extract on immunoglobulin and complement systems in mice.The experimental results showed that after taking the polysaccharide extract of O.sinensis,the two indicators of IgG and IgA in the immunoglobulin of mice did not show a decrease compared with the comparative group,but they increased.In addition,the C3,C4 and CH50 values in the serum were also significantly increased.It was proved that the polysaccharide extract of O.sinensis could improve immunity and body complement effect,relieve the effect of acute fatigue and improve the recovery ability of exercise fatigue in mice.
