摘要
通过对食用菌种质资源常用的细胞学、形态学、生物化学、分子生物学等评价方法及其应用进行概述,并根据多年的科研经验,归纳总结了每种评价方法在食用菌品种选育上的应用实践和局限性,旨在为食用菌种质创新和品种选育方法优化研究提供参考。
The commonly methods of edible fungi germplasm resources evaluation and applications including cytology,morphology,biochemistry and molecular biology were summarized.At the same time,according to scientific research experience for many years,the application practice and limitations of each method in edible fungi cultivar breeding were summarized either,which provided references for the innovation of edible fungi germplasm and the optimization of breeding methods.
