摘要 为提高我国食用菌产品的国内外贸易流通竞争力,提出研究食用菌产品经济流通运作模式的革新问题。对食用菌产品国内外贸易状况分析,找到抑制食用菌产品贸易竞争力提升的本质原因及影响因素。针对当前食用菌产品经济流通运作模式的弊端,阐述了"食用菌栽培户+批发市场"和"食用菌企业+食用菌栽培户"两种食用菌产品经济流通运作的新型模式,并从流通运作成本、食用菌产品流通经济效益、流通运作风险以及流通运作质量4个层面对2种新型模式进行对比分析,得出"食用菌企业+食用菌栽培户"模式更能够促进食用菌产品经济效益最大化。最终根据分析结果给出了食用菌产品经济流通运作模式革新的合理建议和对策。 In order to improve the competitiveness of edible fungus products at home and abroad,the innovation of economic circulation mode of edible fungus products was put forward.Based on the analysis of the trade status of edible fungus products at home and abroad,the essential reasons and influencing factors of inhibiting the trade competitiveness of edible fungus products were found.Aimed at the disadvantages of the current edible fungus product circulation economy operation model,this paper expounds the"mushroom farmers+wholesale market"and"edible fungus enterprises+mushroom farmers"mushroom new model of the two kinds of edible fungus product circulation of economic operation,and from the current operating costs,edible fungus product circulation economic efficiency,operational risk,and four aspects of operation quality,comparative analysis on the two new model,concluded that"edible fungus enterprises+farmers"mushroom model can promote edible fungus products maximize economic benefits.Finally,according to the analysis results,the reasonable suggestions and countermeasures for the reform of the economic circulation mode of edible fungus products are given.
