互联网环境下食用菌冷链物流模式研究

Study on Cold Chain Logistics Model of Edible Fungi in Internet Era

目前学术界对食用菌冷链物流的研究往往注重从市场经济、新村建设的视角来研究,从网络环境视角来研究农产品物流存在不足。因此,基于互联网视角研讨食用菌冷链物流的改革问题具有十分重要的现实意义与一定的学术价值。本文拟在诠释网络发展与食用菌物流发展的逻辑关联基础上,阐述了食用菌冷链流通技术的现状,从政策、市场、技术、食品安全的角度分析了影响食用菌冷链流通技术的因素,并提出了适应互联网时代的食用菌冷链物流的发展与实施对策。

At present,the research on the cold chain logistics of edible fungi in academic circles often focuses on the perspective of market-oriented economy and new village construction,but few studies focus on agricultural products logistics from the perspective of network environment.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and certain academic value to study the reform of the cold chain logistics of edible fungi based on the perspective of the Internet.This paper intends to explain the current situation of the cold chain distribution technology of edible fungi on the basis of interpreting the logical relationship between network development and the development of edible fungi logistics.This paper analyzes the factors that influences the cold chain distribution technology of edible fungi from the perspective of policy,market,technology and food safety,and it also puts forward how to develop and implement countermeasures on the cold chain logistics of edible fungi in order to adapt to the Internet era.
