摘要
为定量分析食用菌粗多糖降血糖的药理作用,提高高血糖患者的干预效能,进行了食用菌粗多糖降血糖药理作用研究。通过食用菌粗多糖摄入方法对高血糖患者作用,提高治疗效果。以收治的140名高血糖患者为研究对象,采用食用菌粗多糖摄入方法对高血糖患者进行分组测试,以血糖组成分及食用菌降解能力为测试指标,进行分组检验分析和回归统计特征描述。使用食用菌粗多糖摄入方法对高血糖患者行为具有显著干预作用,食用菌粗多糖治疗评分为92,对高血糖患者具有显著降低血糖。食用菌粗多糖摄入方法对高血糖患者具有明显干预效果。
To quantitatively analyze the hypoglycemic pharmacological effects of crude polysaccharides from edible fungi and to improve the intervention efficacy of hyperglycemia patients,the hypoglycemic pharmacological effects of crude polysaccharides from edible fungi were studied.The effect of crude polysaccharide intake of edible fungi on patients with hyperglycemia was studied to improve the therapeutic effect.140 patients with hyperglycemia were selected as the research object.The patients with hyperglycemia were divided into groups by the method of crude polysaccharide intake of edible fungi.The blood sugar composition and the degradability of edible fungi were taken as the test indicators,and the grouping test analysis and regression statistical characteristics were described.The intake method of crude polysaccharide from edible fungi had significant intervention effect on the behavior of patients with hyperglycemia.The treatment score of crude polysaccharide from edible fungi was 92,which improved the blood sugar of patients with hyperglycemia.Intake of crude polysaccharide from edible fungi has obvious intervention effect on patients with hyperglycemia.
