摘要
通过研究野生红菇尼克酸对强烈运动小鼠心肌损伤恢复作用,对80只灌胃野生红菇尼克酸小鼠进行一次性力竭性游泳试验,处死小鼠后取其心脏血液以及心肌组织,观察小鼠心肌损伤恢复情况。结果表明,野生红菇尼克酸可显著提升强烈运动小鼠血乳氨酸、肝糖原、肌糖原、肝蛋白、过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、总抗氧化能力含量/活性,降低强烈运动小鼠血尿素氮、血乳酸脱氢酶、丙二醛含量/活性,且可有效降低心肌细胞凋亡指数。说明野生红菇尼克酸对强烈运动小鼠心肌损伤具有明显恢复作用。
In order to study the effects of Russula vinosa Lindblad nicotinic acid on the recovery of myocardial injury in mice with intense exercise,R.vinosa niacin was poured into the stomach of 80 mice,and then a one-time exhaustive swimming test was performed.After the mice were sacrificed,the heart blood and myocardial tissue were taken to observe the recovery of myocardial injury in the mice.The experimental results show that the R.vinosa niacin can significantly improve the strong movement in mice blood milk peptide,liver glycogen and muscle glycogen,hepatic protein,catalase and glutathione peroxidase,the content of total antioxidant capacity,reduce the intense exercise mice blood urea nitrogen,blood lactate dehydrogenase,malondialdehyde content,and can effectively reduce the myocardial cell apoptosis index.It indicated that R.vinosa nick acid had a significant recovery effect on myocardial injury in strongly exercised mice.
