培养料锌含量对灵芝子实体品质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为探究醋酸锌(ZnAC)对灵芝子实体产量、活性成分及锌含量的影响,为提高灵芝单产和品质以及研发富锌产品提供栽培技术参数,在主料为棉籽壳的固体栽培基质中添加不同含量的ZnAC,以常规方法栽培灵芝品种"川圆芝1号",测定比较菌丝生长速度,检测分析子实体中的多糖、三萜和锌含量。结果显示,栽培基质中添加50 mg·kg-1~350 mg·kg-1的ZnAC,均可有效促进灵芝菌丝生长速度,且当添加量为150 mg·kg-1时生长速度最快,较CK提高了14.6%;当ZnAC添加量为50 mg·kg-1时大幅度提高子实体中的三萜含量,较CK提高了约52.1%,说明添加锌对子实体中三萜活性物质的诱导形成和含量积累产生重要影响;当ZnAC添加量为350 mg·kg-1时子实体含锌量最高(48.52 mg·kg-1),较CK的锌含量提高了91.81%,说明添加锌能够促进灵芝在子实体中锌的有效富集。本研究为灵芝的代料生产栽培基质中,ZnAC的应用提供了理论依据。 To provide cultivation technical parameters for improving the yield and quality of Ganoderma lucidum and developing zinc-rich products,we explored the effects of zinc acetate(ZnAC)on the yield,active ingredients and enriched zinc content in the fruiting bodies of G.lucidum.The G.lucidum Chuanyuanzhi No.1 was cultivated in the substrates with different ZnAC contents.The mycelial growth rate,as well as the contents of polysaccharides,triterpenoids and total zinc in fruiting bodies were determined and compared.ZnAC at the level of 50 mg·kg-1-350 mg·kg-1 in the substrate could effectively promote the mycelial growth rate of G.lucidum,and it grew fastest when the zinc content reached 150 mg·kg-1 in the substrate,14.6%higher than that of CK.Meanwhile,the formation and accumulation of active substances like triterpenoid were significantly affected by zinc addition,and the triterpenoid contents were greatly increased in fruiting bodies when the substrate was with 50 mg·kg-1 ZnAC,which was approximately 52.1%higher than that of CK.What’s more,zinc addition in the substrates obviously promoted effective zinc enrichment in the fruiting bodies of G.lucidum.The highest zinc content(48.52 mg·kg-1)in fruiting body was found in the treatment with 350 mg·kg-1 ZnAC in the substrate,91.81%higher than that of CK.In summary,ZnAC addition to the substrates could significantly increase the triterpenoid contents and zinc contents in the fruiting bodies of G.lucidum,and provide a theoretical basis for ZnAC application to G.lucidum cultivation with adding it to the substrates.
