离子交换树脂对肉苁蓉总寡糖脱盐脱色工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 探索阳阴离子交换树脂串联法对肉苁蓉总寡糖部位的脱盐脱色工艺最佳条件。将LS-840酸性阳离子交换树脂与LS-850碱性阴离子交换树脂串联,通过动态吸附试验,根据脱盐率和脱色率,对肉苁蓉总寡糖进行脱盐脱色工艺条件的研究。结果表明,最佳脱盐脱色条件为:LS-840酸性阳离子交换树脂与LS-850碱性阴离子交换树脂串联柱体积比为1.2∶1,流速为2BV/h,肉苁蓉总寡糖部位的浓度应为10%。在此条件下,处理4BV的肉苁蓉总寡糖,脱盐率为93.2%,脱色率为53.0%。通过树脂动态再生试验,发现LS-840酸性阳离子交换树脂与LS-850碱性阴离子交换树脂在重复使用4次后,脱盐脱色效果良好,再生能力比较好。 In this study,the process of decolorization and desalination of Oligosaccharides in Cistanche deserticolacorncobs by ion exchange resin was studied.Connected LS-840 acid cation exchange resin and LS-850 alkaline anion exchange resin in series,by dynamic adsorption test,based on desalination rate and decolorization rate,the process conditions of desalination and decolorization of total oligosaccharides in cistanchola deserticola were studied.by.Results indicated that the volume ratio of LS-840 acid cation exchange resin to LS-850 alkaline anion exchange resin was 1.2∶1,the flow rate was 2 BV/h,and the concentration of total Oligosaccharides in Cistanche deserticola should be about 10%.Under these conditions,the total Oligosaccharides of Cistanche deserticola treated with 4 BV had a desalination rate of 93.2%and a decolorization rate of 53.0%.Through dynamic regeneration test of resin,It was found that LS-840 acid cation exchange resin and LS-850 alkaline anion exchange resin had good desalination and decolorization effect and regeneration ability after 4 times of reuses.
