色谱分离树脂在木糖醇母液中的应用研究

Study on the application of chromatographic separation resin in xylitol mother liquor

将色谱分离技术应用于木糖醇母液,再次回收母液中的木糖醇,通过选定吸附剂,研究了流速、温度以及进料浓度对木糖醇母液的分离影响情况,结果表明,应用于木糖醇母液的合适的色谱分离树脂及其最佳分离条件是:其树脂型号为CR-Ca型,流速1.0BV/h、温度70℃、浓度45%~50%;对1吨木糖醇含量54%的母液进行试生产,得到木糖醇晶体约70Kg,为色谱分离技术在木糖醇母液中的应用提供了一定的理论参考依据。

Apply chromatographic separation technology to xylitol mother liquor.The xylitol in the mother liquor is recovered,by selecting adsorbents,the effects of flow rate,temperature and feed concentration on the separation of xylitol mother liquor were studied,the results showed that,the suitable chromatographic separation resin for xylitol mother liquor and the best separation conditions were:resin model was CR-Ca,flow rate was 1.0 BV/h,temperature was 70℃,concentration was 45%~50%.Production of mother liquor containing 54%xylitol for 1 tons,the crystal of xylitol was about 70 kg,which provides a theoretical basis for the application of chromatographic separation technology in the mother liquor of xylitol.
