论微观政治传播中技术主导的隐忧及其消解

The Concerns and Solutions for the Problems Brought by Technology Dominance in Micropolitical Communication

传播技术的迅猛发展,导致了微观政治传播的迅猛崛起,正在改变着这个时代人们的传统政治传播观念,乃至人们的种种社会认知。微观政治传播有诸多新的特征,其中基于传播技术变革的技术主导是最显性的。这种特征创造了政治传播的新的面貌,但同时也暴露出种种隐忧。技术主导的微观政治传播的图景是有序受制于无序、公众深度泯没于技术精英、理性屈从于情感、权威受迫于权势,带来的隐忧是强政治系统失调、"网民平权"的假象突出、"后情感"充斥民众精神世界、"新利益殖民"现象兴起。要消解这种隐忧,应该坚持以技术秩序牵引政治系统、以技术平权消减传播壁垒、以技术理性整合情感乱象、以技术伦理净化利益空间的基本理念。

The rapid development of communication technology leads to the rapid rise of micropolitical communication.This is changing people’s traditional political communication concepts,and even their various kinds of social cognition in this era.Micropolitical communication has many new characteristics,but"technology dominance"based on communication technology evolution is most essential and dominant.It not only presents a new look of political communication,but also brings many concerns.The micropolitical communication led by technology paints a picture in which order is subject to disorder,the public have no voice when they are facing technology elites,rationality is subject to emotion,and authority is subject to power.The problems brought by this are:the imbalance of strong political system,the emergence of pseudo"populism on the Internet",the"postemotion"that floods the public’s spiritual world,and the rise of new interest colonization.We should solve these problems by sticking to the basic ideas of steering the political system with technological order,reducing communication barriers with equal technical rights,changing emotional chaos with technical rationality,and purifying interest spaces with technical ethics.
