在教育数字化转型背景下教师主体性的找寻

The Quest for Teachers’Subjectivity in the Context of Digital Transformation

摘要 在教育数字化转型的背景下,教师主体性被赋予了人工智能时代所特有意义和风貌的同时,也出现教师主体价值遮蔽、综合素养缺失、主体责任模糊等问题。对此,教师主体性想要长足发展,需要具备符合时代要求的主体价值意蕴与积极的自我参与,契合时代发展的综合素养与个体的自由选择,承担时代所赋予的主体责任,进而实现自我。在数字化时代,教师主体性的价值只有聚焦“人的存在”,才能完成新的飞跃,与时代同步。 In the context of the digital transformation of education,while teachers’subjectivity is endowed with the unique significance and style in the artificial intelligence era,there are also problems such as the obscuring of teachers’subject value,lack of comprehensive literacy,and blurred subject responsibility.In order for teachers’subjectivity to develop substantially,they need to possess subject value implications and active self-participation that meet the requirements of the times;comprehensive literacy that aligns with the development of the times and individual freedom of choice;and undertake the subject responsibilities bestowed by the times,thereby achieving self-realization.In the digital age,the value of teachers’subjectivity can only achieve a new leap by focusing on“human existence”and synchronizing with the times.
