摘要
使用CiteSpace可视化工具梳理了2013~2023年“教师胜任力”主题的相关文献。从文献发表情况、研究主题词、关键词等方面分析了国外教师胜任力实证研究的现状,总结出重视教师教育、教师专业发展的研究热点,根据Citespace关键词聚类分析图谱并参考教师胜任力研究热点,从教师教育的开展更加关注教学实践、提升教师效能感和发展教师专业能力三个方面预测教师胜任力培养的未来趋势。针对国内实际情况提出建议,以期为新时代教师培养提供参考。
This article used CiteSpace visualization tool to sort out relevant literature on the theme of"Teacher Competence"from 2013 to 2023.It analyzed the current status of empirical research on teacher competence in foreign countries,including the perspectives of literature publication,research topic keywords,and keywords,and identified current research hotspots emphasizing teacher education and professional development.Next,based on the CiteSpace keyword clustering analysis graph and referring to the research hotspots of teacher competence,the article predicts the future trend of teacher competence cultivation from three aspects:the development of teacher education paying more attention to teaching practice,enhancing teacher efficacy and developing teacher professional competence.According to the actual situation in China,suggestions are proposed to provide reference for teacher cultivation in the new era.
