新时代推进马克思主义理论宣传普及,既是影响党的宣传工作的重要内容,又是推动党的创新理论落地生根的重要举措。从马克思主义理论宣传普及主体、客体和载体三个角度入手,形成宣传普及合力。就宣传普及主体而言,一要提高马克思主义理论宣传普及主体对宣传普及工作重要性的认识;二要根据不同的马克思主义理论宣传对象安排宣传普及主体;三要合理和熟练运用不同的载体。就宣传普及客体而言,一要细化马克思主义理论宣传普及客体以提升理论传播的实效性;二要营造良好的社会文化教育环境和氛围。就宣传普及载体而言,一要保持载体的生动性、便捷性和权威性;二要保持载体宣传内容的适应性。

The popularization of Marxist theory in the new era is not only an important part of the Party’s propaganda work,but also an important measure to promote the Party’s innovative theory to take root.We can form the joint force of propagandizing and popularizing from three angles:the main body,the object and the carrier.As far as the main body is concerned,firstly,the main body of propaganda and popularization of Marxist theory should be aware of the importance of propaganda and popularization work;secondly,the main body of propaganda and popularization should be arranged according to different objects;thirdly,it is necessary to use different carriers reasonably and skillfully.As far as the object is concerned,firstly,the object should be refined so as to enhance the actual effect of theory dissemination;secondly,a good social,cultural and education environment and atmosphere should be created.As far as the propagandizing carrier is concerned,the first thing is to keep the carrier lively,convenient and authoritative and the second is to maintain the adaptability of the carrier propaganda content.
