耕读教育视阈下全科师范生培养实践教学模式探究

Exploration of Practical Teaching Model for General Education Students from the Perspective of Farming and Reading Education

摘要 基于耕读教育创新全科师范生实践教学模式旨在满足新时代乡村教育发展需求,主动改革人才培养路径。将耕读教育融入全科师范生实践教学过程中,通过树德、增智、强体、育美等综合性育人元素,挖掘乡村教育资源,构筑耕读教育平台,培育耕读文化新风,为振兴乡村教育培养一批“下得去、留得住、干得好”的全科教师。 The innovative practical teaching mode of general normal college students based on farming and reading education aims to meet the needs of rural education development in the new era and actively reform the path of talent training.The farming and reading education will be integrated into the practical teaching process of general normal students,through the cultivation of morality,wisdom,physical strength,beauty and other comprehensive education elements,mining rural education resources,constructing farming and reading education platform,cultivating farming and reading education culture and a group of“going down,staying,and doing well”general teachers to revitalize rural education.
