高校教师教学数字化转型的服务与支持模式研究——以华中师范大学为例

Research on Service and Support Mode of Teaching Digital Transformation of University Teachers—Taking Central China Normal University as an Example

摘要 教学数字化转型是信息化教学理念和教学方式在新时代的迭变和升级,是一个持续发展的动态过程。高校教师教学数字化转型既离不开学校的支持与帮助,也离不开教师自身的实践和探索。“TSLE”是高校帮助教师建构教学数字化理念的有效途径,而服务与支持模式是助力高校教师实现教学数字化转型的重要策略。“TSLE”和服务与支持模式既能从外部帮助和支持教师教学的数字化转型,提升教师教学的数字化素养,又能从内部引领、激励教师积极实践、主动探索教学数字化技术技能,以适应不断变化发展的数字化教学环境。 Teaching digital transformation is the alternation and upgrade of information-based teaching concepts and teaching methods in the new era,and it is a dynamic process of continuous development.The digital transformation of college teachers’teaching can not only be separated from the support and help of schools,but also from the practice and exploration of teachers themselves.“TSLE”is an effective way for colleges and universities to help teachers construct digital teaching concepts,and service and support mode is an important support strategy to help college teachers realize digital teaching transformation.“TSLE”and the service and support mode can not only help and support the digital transformation of teachers’teaching from the outside,improve the digital literacy of teachers’teaching,but also lead and motivate teachers from the inside to actively practice and actively explore the digital teaching technology skills,so as to adapt to the constantly changing and developing digital teaching environment.
