新时代高校教师职业道德评价指标体系的构建

教师职业道德是教师必须具备的职业品质和在工作中必须模范遵循的道德要求。在新时代背景下构建科学有效、符合时代发展要求的教师职业道德评价体系对于高校的师德师风建设尤为重要。应在建立和完善教师职业道德评价机制的基础上,制定切实可行的教师职业道德分层评价指标体系;对高校教师师德的评价应强化“遵守学术规范”和“积极奉献社会”两方面的评价标准,并将“网课”授课评价纳入师德评价体系。高校教师要积极面对新时代的要求,对照师德评价标准严格要求自己,根据师德评价的结果反馈不断提升自己,切实构建恪守职业道德规范的自律系统。

Teacher’s professional ethics is the professional quality that teachers must possess and the moral requirements that they must follow in their work.Under the background of the new era,it is particularly important to construct a scientific and effective teachers’professional ethics evaluation system that meets the development requirements of the times.On the basis of establishing and perfecting the evaluation mechanism of teachers’professional ethics,a feasible hierarchical evaluation index system of teachers’professional ethics should be established.The evaluation of teachers’ethics in colleges and universities should strengthen the evaluation standards of“abiding by academic norms”and“actively contributing to society”,and the evaluation of“online course”teaching should be included in the evaluation system of teachers’ethics.College teachers should actively face the requirements of the new era,strictly demand themselves according to the evaluation standards of teacher ethics,constantly improve themselves according to the feedback of the evaluation results,and effectively build a self-discipline system to abide by the professional ethics.
