The“Double Reduction”policy has strengthened the main function of teaching and educating students in schools.It also has put forward new requirements for high-quality teacher teams.Constructing a theoretical model of teacher competence has important theoretical value and practical significance in clarifying the ability structure and practical direction of teachers in the new era.The theoretical model of teacher competence mainly includes three dimensions:educational skills,management ability,and personality traits.The teacher community can enhance their own competence through in-depth practical innovation and breakthroughs,innovative teaching through platforms,and optimization of service reciprocity and symbiosis,laying a solid foundation for achieving the goal of“Double Reduction”.
