“双减”政策背景下教师胜任力的理论模型与提升路径

摘要 “双减”政策强化了学校教书育人的主体功能,对建设高质量教师队伍也提出了新的要求。构建教师胜任力模型对明晰新时代教师的能力结构和实践方向具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。教师胜任力模型主要包含教育技能、管理能力和人格特质三个维度。教师可通过深入实际革新突破、借助平台创新教学、优化服务互惠共生等路径来提升自身胜任力,为实现“双减”目标奠定坚实基础。 The“Double Reduction”policy has strengthened the main function of teaching and educating students in schools.It also has put forward new requirements for high-quality teacher teams.Constructing a theoretical model of teacher competence has important theoretical value and practical significance in clarifying the ability structure and practical direction of teachers in the new era.The theoretical model of teacher competence mainly includes three dimensions:educational skills,management ability,and personality traits.The teacher community can enhance their own competence through in-depth practical innovation and breakthroughs,innovative teaching through platforms,and optimization of service reciprocity and symbiosis,laying a solid foundation for achieving the goal of“Double Reduction”.
