同区域高职院校与普通本科院校联合培养高层次应用型技术技能人才对策探析

Analysis on Countermeasures of Joint Cultivation of High-level Applied Technical Talents by Higher Vocational Colleges and Ordinary Undergraduate Colleges in the Same Area

高职院校与普通本科院校联合培养高层次应用型技术技能人才既是适应和满足经济社会转型发展对高素质人才的需求,也是新时代职业教育改革发展的大势所趋。高职院校与普通本科院校的跨区域联合存在着教学资源共享不充分、学生的归属感和身份认同感不强、学生管理工作不易到位等问题。为此,应积极引导同一区域内高职院校与普通本科院校的联合,通过共建联合培养机制、资源共享平台、协同育人模式、一体化质量监控与保障体系,确保人才培养质量与效益的提高。

The joint training of high-level applied technical and skilled talents by higher vocational colleges and ordinary undergraduate colleges is not only to meet the needs of high-quality technical and skilled talents in the country’s economic transformation and development,but also the general trend of vocational education reform and development in the new era.There are some problems including insufficient sharing of teaching resources,weak sense of belonging and identity of students,and inadequate student management in the cross-regional joint training of higher vocational colleges and ordinary undergraduate colleges.Therefore,we should actively guide the joint training of higher vocational colleges and ordinary undergraduate colleges in the same area and improve the quality and efficiency of talents training by co-building joint training mechanisms,resource sharing platforms,collaborative education models and integrated q quality monitoring and assurance systems.
