新时代高校中外合作办学中的学生党建工作探析

Analysis of Studens’Party Building Work in Sino-foreign Cooperative Education in Universities in the New Era

随着高校中外合作办学的规模和影响力不断扩大,自然提出了提质增效的新要求。目前,部分高校中外合作办学中的党建工作还存在一些值得重视的问题,如个别的党组织机构还不够健全,对学生特别是对学生党员的思想政治教育还不够扎实等。通过分析中外合作办学中的学生特点,结合高校学生思想政治工作特点与规律,从加强高校中外合作办学中学生党建工作、增强基层党组织的凝聚力与战斗力等方面提出建议,可以为高校中外合作办学中的学生党建工作明确重点、指明工作方向,更好地落实立德树人根本任务。

With the continuous expansion of the scale and influence of sino-foreign cooperative education in universities,new requirements for improving quality and efficiency have naturally been put forward.At present,there are still some issues worth paying attention to in the Party building work of sino-foreign cooperative education in some universities,such as Party organizations are not sound enough,and the ideological and political education for students,especially student Party members,is not solid.By analyzing the characteristics of students in sino-foreign cooperative education and combining with the characteristics and laws of ideological and political work for university students,suggestions on strengthening the Party building work of students in sino-foreign cooperative education and enhancing the combat effectiveness of primary Party organizations are proposed to clarify the focus and direction of the Party building work of students in sino-foreign cooperative education in universities,which will better implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.
