河南省中小学校长心理健康素养现状调查

A Survey on Mental Health Literacy among Primary and Secondary School Principals in Henan Province

摘要 中小学校长的心理健康素养对自身和师生心理健康都具有重要影响。采用自编一般资料调查问卷和心理健康素养量表(MHLS)对河南省921名中小学校长的心理健康素养和相关因素进行问卷调查,结果显示:河南省中小学校长心理健康素养得分为(108.93±9.29)分;中小学校长的心理健康素养在学校位置(t=-3.87,P<0.001)、年龄(t=2.71,P<0.01)、工作年限(t=2.47,P<0.05)、受教育程度(F=3.71,P<0.05)、是否阅读过心理学相关书籍(t=4.83,P<0.001)和是否参加过心理健康教育相关讲座或培训(t=6.20,P<0.001)上存在显著差异。最后讨论了这些差异产生的原因并提出了相关建议。 The mental health literacy of primary and secondary school principals has a significant impact on both their own mental health and teachers’and students’.This study used a self-compiled general information questionnaire and the Mental Health Literacy Scale(MHLS)to investigate the current situation and related factors of mental health literacy of 921 primary and secondary school principals in Henan province.Results display that the score of primary and secondary school principals on mental health literacy was(108.93±9.29).The mental health literacy level of primary and secondary school principals had significant differences in school location(t=-3.87,P<0.001),age(t=2.71,P<0.01),working seniority(t=2.47,P<0.05),education level(F=3.71,P<0.05),whether or not they had read psychology-related books(t=4.83,P<0.001),and whether or not they had attended lectures or training on mental health education(t=6.20,P<0.001).Finally,this study discussed the reasons for these differences and provided relevant suggestions.
