From Involution to Lying Flat:Reflections on the Mentality of Contemporary Youth

近年来,“内卷”与“躺平”两大网络热词风行各大社交平台,引发了当代青年人强烈的情绪共鸣。从这两个热词火遍全网的现实来看,其出现的背后一定程度上折射出当前社会的变化,其中不仅反映出了当代青年的现实诉求,也对当前社会主流意识形态产生了一定的牵引作用。本文基于内卷与躺平的现实表征,分析青年心态的变迁机理,为缓解青年人的焦虑提出相应对策,这是加强社会主流意识形态建设的必然要求,也是引领当代青年树立正确价值观的时代需要。

In recent years,two Internet buzzwords,“involution”and“lying flat”,have become popular on major social platforms,which arouse strong emotional resonance among contemporary young people.From the popularityof these two buzzwordsall over the Internet,their appearance reflects the changes of the current society to some extent,which not only reflects the realistic demands of contemporary youth,but also has a certain traction effect on the mainstream ideology of the current society.Based on the realistic representation of involution and lying flat,this paper analyzes the mechanism of the change of young people's mentality,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to alleviate the anxiety of young people,which is the inevitable requirement of strengthening the construction of social mainstream ideology,and also the need of the times to lead contemporary young people to establish correct values.
