社会矛盾分析视角下学前教育师资问题研究 被引量:1

摘要 教师作为立教之本、兴教之源,承担着教书育人、立德树人的重任。有数据统计分析表明,目前学前教育师资数量和质量有了较大提升,但还存在诸多不足。在全面分析学前教育师资队伍建设存在的主要问题的基础上,运用社会矛盾分析法来探究学前教育师资问题的解困之道,为构建新型的高水平学前教育师资队伍、促进学前教育事业更快更好发展提供借鉴。 As the foundation of education and the source of education,teachers bear the responsibility of teaching and educating people.Statistical analysis shows that the quantity and quality of preschool education teachers have been greatly improved,but there are still many deficiencies.On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the major problems in the construction of preschool education teachers,the social contradiction analytical method is used to explore the answer to the problem of preschool education teachers,so as to provide reference for building a new style of high-level preschool education teacher staff and accelerating the faster and better development of preschool education.
