摘要
本文藉由Python语言实现VIKOR技术来检证多属性决策分析技术建构的教师绩效评价模型的有效性。研究建议:(1)为克服硬系统方法论在多属性决策评估技术上的缺陷,要先结合实务情况统一评估准则意涵与共识后再行填答问卷;(2)为验证多属性决策方法建构出的绩效评价模型之稳定性,须引入决策偏好系数,且藉由IT技术开发出的具有系统化、智能化与视窗化特征的检证系统可令检证过程具备快速、智能及科学性特征;(3)学界应积极搭建艺术类教师绩效评价模型的研究与交流平台,以鼓励同行评价、同行验证以及实验数据共享,力求建构艺术类教师绩效评价模型验证研究的范式;(4)融合Python语言的VIKOR分析技术可拓展至其他多属性决策方法建构的评估模型的验证应用,具有广泛的前景。
In this paper,VIKOR technology is implemented by Python language to verify the effectiveness of the teacher performance evaluation model constructed by multi-attribute decision analysis technology.The research suggests that:(1)To overcome the shortcomings of hard systems methodology in complex multi-attribute decision evaluation,the meaning and consensus of the evaluation criteria should be unified in combination with the practical situation,and then the questionnaire should be completed.(2)To verify the stability of the evaluation model constructed by the Multi-attribute Decision Making(MADM),the preference coefficient v should be introduced into,and its systematic,intelligent and windowed-based analysis system developed by IT could make the verification process fast,intelligent and scientific.(3)The academic institutes should actively co-build a research and exchange platform for the performance evaluation model of college art teachers to encourage peer evaluation,peer verification and experimental data sharing mechanism to strive to construct the model verification research paradigm of performance evaluation model of art teachers.(4)VIKOR technique integrated with Python proposed in this paper could be extended and applied to the verification of any evaluation model constructed by MADM,which has a wide application prospect.
