地方公费师范生身份认同的危机及对策

摘要 地方公费师范生身份认同的危机是他们在成长过程中受“他者”视野的影响而产生的对身份规定性的拒斥。地方公费师范生身份认同危机的主要表现有学习主动性不高、对未来迷惘、强烈的去乡村化意识等。造成地方公费师范生身份认同危机的原因有在校缺乏乡土意识的培养、重专业知识技能的教育但轻情感教育、城乡二元对立严重等因素。要增强地方公费师范生的身份认同,应加强地方公费师范生乡土意识的培养、加强职业情愫和人文素养的培育、切实提高乡村教师的待遇、改善乡村教师的生活条件。 The crisis of the identity of the local government-funded normal university students is their rejection of the identity regulation caused by the influence of the“other”vision in their growing.The identity crisis of the local government-funded normal university students is manifested by their low initiative in learning,their confusion about the future,and their de-rural consciousness.The reasons are the lack of local awareness,the emphasis on professional knowledge and skills education while the neglect of emotional education,and the serious binary opposition between urban and rural areas.In order to enhance the identity of the local government-funded normal university students,we should strengthen the cultivation of local consciousness and professional sentiment and humanistic quality,effectively improve the treatment of rural teachers,and improve the living environment of rural teachers.
