教育项目如何研发?——试论美国基础教育项目的研发逻辑

How to Research and Develop Educational Programs?——On the R&D Logic of PK-12 Educational Programs in the United States

摘要 教育项目是优质教育服务的一个重要提供方式。目前美国基础教育领域已经研发出面向教育教学各个方面、各个年级阶段、各类学生群体的众多教育项目,这也是其循证教育改革得以兴起的首要前提条件。具体而言,美国基础教育项目的研发逻辑主要表现为:为了解决教育实践中的实际问题,基于既有的科学研究知识基础,建构出合理的逻辑模型,并在此基础之上进一步设计和开发出结构化的项目干预与治理方案。这一研发逻辑的凝练与论证或许能为中国基础教育领域的实践问题及其项目研发提供国外有效经验参考。 Educational program is an important way to provide high-quality education services.At present,many PK-12educational programs,for all fields of education,grade stages and various student groups,have been researched and developed in the United States,which is also the primary prerequisite for the emergence of evidence-based educational reform.Specifically,the R&D logic of PK-12 educational programs in the United States is mainly manifested as:in order to solve real problems in educational practice,build a reasonable logical model based on the existing scientific research knowledge base,and further design and develop structured program intervention and governance on this basis.The condensing and demonstration of this R&D logic may provide helpful foreign experience reference for practical problems and their educational programs R&D in the field of basic education in our country.
