The Curriculum Ideological and Political Education in Administrative Law Course Strengthening National Identity

强化国家认同就是要强化人们对于中国特色社会主义的政治和文化认同,是国家建设的重要组成部分。行政法学课程作为研究政府管理与国家治理现象、制度和规律的法学基础平台课,其根本理念是引导和推动学生体悟中国特色社会主义行政治理的优越性、体认中国共产党领导的正义性。针对行政法学课程教学存在的误区,亟须理顺行政法学的教学目的与国家认同之间的关系,端正思政理念、更新教材内容、创新教学方法,实施“一课双责”的课程思政改革,努力培养学生的国家意识,强化学生的国家认同,形成具有广泛社会和文化基础的国家认同课程思政方案。

Strengthening national identity means strengthening peoples’political and cultural identity of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which is an important part of national construction.The Administrative Law is a basic course for studying the phenomena,systems and laws of government management and national governance.Its basic idea is to guide and promote students to understand the superiority of socialist administrative governance with Chinese characteristics and the justice of the leadership of the Communist Party of China.In view of the misunderstandings in Administrative Law teaching,it is urgent to straighten out the relationship between the teaching purpose of Administrative Law and national identity,correct the ideological and political ideas,update the content of teaching materials,innovate teaching methods,implement the curriculum ideological and political reform of“one lesson and two responsibilities”,and strive to cultivate students’national consciousness and strengthen students’national identity,forming a national identity curriculum ideological and political program with a broad social and cultural basis.
