广州市资源教师队伍现状调查研究

Investigation and Research on the Status Quo of Resource Teachers in Guangzhou

摘要 资源教师质量是目前全面推进融合教育的关键。本研究通过问卷调查的方式了解广州市资源教师基本情况及其专业素养的总体水平与差异状况,据此对未来资源教师队伍建设提出建议和对策:落实和完善相关政策,明确岗位建设的专职化;构建职前培养模式,推进人才引进的专业化;加大职后培训力度,促进培训内容和形式科学化;提升支持力度,有效沟通合作机制常态化。 The quality of resource teachers is the key to promote integrated education.This study investigated the basic situation of resource teachers in Guangzhou and the overall level and difference of their professional quality by means of questionnaire survey.It put forward suggestions and countermeasures for the construction of resource teachers in future,such as to implement and improve relevant policies,to construct posts to reflect professionalism,to construct the pre-service training model and introduce talents to realize specialization,to strengthen post-service training and promote scientific training content and form,to increase support and institutionalize communication and cooperation mechanism.
