摘要
教师教育课程忽略教师学习理论的贯彻和应用已经影响到教师的职业成长。教师教育课程建设需强化教师学习理论模块,贯彻教师学习理论于教育全过程。应在职前教师教育课程中贯彻发展性、适配性知识更新理念,在职后教师教育中形成“自主学习—自我反思—自我发展”成长路径,并有意识地开发适应适配型教师发展的结构化课程,遵循教师学习规律,形成研究型向度的教师教育课程。
The neglect of the implementation and application of teacher learning theory in teacher education curriculum has affected teachers’career growth.The construction of teacher education curriculum should strengthen the module of teacher learning theory and carry out teacher learning theory in the whole process of education.The developmental and adaptive knowledge should be implemented in pre-service teacher education curriculum to update the concept;the growth path of“independent learningself-reflection-self-development”should be formed in post-service teacher education;a structured curriculum that adapts to adaptable teachers’development should be consciously developed to follow the rules of teacher learning,and form a research-oriented teacher education curriculum.
