“一带一路”倡议下高校国际化办学中存在的问题与对策研究——以郑州大学研究生教育国际化办学为例

The Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Educational Internationalization of Higher Education under the Background of“The Belt and Road”——Taking the Internationalization of Postgraduate Education in Zhengzhou University as an Example

国际化办学的能力与水平不仅是一个国家教育水平与教育竞争力的反映,也关系到国家的全球人才战略。中部高校既面临国际化办学的考核压力,也迎来重要的开展国际化办学的机遇。面对突然增加的留学生人数,中部高校国际化办学过程中也面临诸多问题。本文以中部“双一流”建设高校郑州大学为例,采用问卷调查和访谈的方法,从留学研究生的视角,对中部高校研究生教育国际化办学中遇到的问题进行研究。结果表明,留学研究生在学习、科研和生活方面遇到不少问题。为了真正打造“留学中国”品牌,提高中部高校国际化办学的水平,一方面,应优化课程设置、改善授课形式、优化配置高校现有教育教学资源;另一方面,应严格认真遴选符合条件的国际留学生,严格留学研究生的入学教育和日常教育教学管理。

The ability and quality of internationalization are not only the response of national higher education quality and competitiveness,but also the global talents strategy of a country.The universities in central regions not only face the pressure of the assessment of educational internationalization,but also usher in an important opportunity to carry on the educational internationalization.Facing the sudden increasing number of international students,there are many problems they have to face and resolve for the universities in central regions in the process of educational internationalization.Taking Zhengzhou University,a“double first-class”construction university in central China as an example,using the method of questionnaire survey and interview,from the perspective of graduate students,this paper studies the problems encountered in the internationalization of graduate students in central universities.The results show that international graduate students encounter many problems in study,research and life.In order to create a real brand of“studying in China”and improve the level of educational internationalization in central China,on one hand,it is necessary to optimize the curriculum,improve the teaching forms,and optimize the allocation of existing resources;on the other hand,it is necessary and carefully select qualified international students,and strictly enforce the entrance and daily education and teaching management.
