师范类专业“金课”建设:逻辑、范式与实现路径

Construction of “Golden Courses” for Teacher Education Majors:Logic, Paradigm and Realization Path

摘要 “金课”建设是师范教育高质量发展的重要主题,是新时代师范教育落实立德树人根本任务,深化人才培养模式改革的重要载体。师范类专业“金课”建设的价值在于确立以学生为中心的教育理念,促进学生高阶思维能力的发展,推进师范教育课程与教学的整合,因此,师范类专业“金课”指向的是具有深度学习特征的课程开发、基于深度教学的课程实施和旨在促进教师专业成长的课程评价等。在实现路径上,可从学校课程制度、校长课程领导、教师课程意识和学生课程履历等方面,创造师范类专业“金课”建设与发展的新样态。 The construction of“Golden Courses”is an important theme for the high-quality development of normal education,and an important carrier for normal education in the new era to implement the fundamental task of cultivating people and deepen the reform of the talent training model.The value of the construction of the“Golden Course”for teacher education majors is to establish a student-centered educational concept,promote the development of students’higher-order thinking ability,and integrate normal education curriculum and teaching.For this reason,the“Golden Course”of teacher education majors has paradigm features such as deep learning-oriented curriculum development,in-depth teaching-based curriculum implementation,and curriculum evaluation aimed at professional growth.On the path of realization,we can create a new pattern of construction and development of the“Golden Course”for teachers’majors from the school curriculum system,principals’curriculum leadership,teachers’curriculum awareness,and student curriculum résumés.
