在实践中城乡社区联动治理对于以"政—社—民"为主体的传统治理机制具备可行性,但仍存在社群交往能力弱化、群众维权意识淡漠、社区自治能力薄弱等方面的问题。新时代,强化和创新城乡社区联动治理能力及模式,引导、鼓励多方参与,有效促进政社协同发展,形成由社区、社会组织、社会工作和社区志愿服务联动治理机制的创新模式,有利于当前经济社会健康和谐发展。

The linkage governance of urban and rural communities is feasible in practice for the traditional governance mechanism with"Political-Social-Civilian"as the main body.However,there are still practical problems such as the weakening of community communication ability,the indifference of the masses to protect their rights,and the weakness of community autonomy.In the new era,it is necessary to strengthen and innovate the ability and mode of linkage governance of urban and rural communities,guide and encourage the multi-partyparticipation,effectively promote political and social collaboration and form an innovative mode of linkage governance mechanism of communities,social organizations,social work and community voluntary services,which is conducive to the healthy and harmonious development of the current economy and society.
