摘要
以2015~2019年安徽省的科技创新、科技金融数据为样本,借助耦合模型及熵值法,研究安徽省的科技创新、科技金融发展水平以及二者的耦合协调关系。结果显示:安徽省的科技创新水平、科技金融水平均逐年增长,科技创新与科技金融的耦合协调度由2015年的严重失调发展为2019年的优质协调。但在"科技创新—科技金融"复合系统中,科技创新的贡献程度要低于科技金融,因此安徽省需要提升科技创新对复合系统的支持力度。
Taking the data of technological innovation and technological finance in Anhui province from 2015 to 2019 as samples,with the aid of coupling model and entropy method to study the technological innovation development level,technological finance development level of Anhui province and the coupling and coordination relationship between the two are used.The results show that the level of technological innovation and technological finance in Anhui province has increased year by year,and the degree of coupling and coordination between technological innovation and technological finance has developed from a serious imbalance in 2015 to a high-quality coordination in 2019.However,in the composite system of"science and technology innovation-science and technology finance",the contribution of technological innovation is lower than that of technological finance.Therefore,Anhui province needs to increase the support of scientific and technological innovation to the composite system.
