Discussion on the Core Meaning of Technical Spirit from the Construction of Hongqi Canal

技术精神是人类长期技术实践活动中在社会知识层面上积淀与结晶的结果,其核心要义主要包括注重实效、崇尚创造、精益求精等。但设计精妙、工程宏大、修建时期特殊等鲜明特点而被称之为"世界第八大奇迹"的世纪工程红旗渠修建于上世纪中国物质极度贫乏、技术水平相对落后的20世纪60年代,以红旗渠工程为视角,从注重实效、崇尚创造、精益求精、团结协作四个方面来探究技术精神的核心内容及其对工程建设的深远意义,以期为现代化工程建设之人文担当和价值追求提供鲜活案例与现实借鉴。

Technical spirit is the result of accumulation and crystallization of social knowledge in the long-term technological practice of mankind,and its core principles mainly include focusing on actual results,advocating creation and striving for perfection.The Hongqi Canal,a century project which was called the"eighth wonder of the world"for its exquisite design,grand engineering and special construction period,was built in the 1960 s when China was extremely poor in material and backward in technology.From the perspective of the Hongqi Canal Project,the core content of technical spirit and its far-reaching significance to project construction are explored from the four aspects of focusing on actual results,advocating creation,striving for perfection and solidarity and cooperation,in order to provide fresh cases and practical reference for the humanistic responsibility and value pursuit of modernization engineering construction.
