The History and Development of Chinese Comparative Literature in the 20th Century——Talking from Yue Daiyun’s Comparative Literature Research

迄今为止,世界比较文学学科理论至少经历了"影响研究""平行研究""比较文学"三个重要发展阶段,其中第三个阶段的主要特点是"以异质文化为主的跨文化、跨学科的文学研究"。乐黛云是中国比较文学学科奠基人,中国比较文学作为一门学科被体系化、规范化则以其诸多学术论文与专著的出版为标志,此后几十年来中国比较文学学科的理论体系建构也始终与其学术创建和理论推进重叠相映。

So far,there have been at least three important development stages in the theory of world comparative literature,namely,“influence studies”,“parallel study”and“comparative literature”,of which the third stage is mainly characterized by“a cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary literary research based on heterogeneous culture”.Yue Daiyun is the founder of China’s comparative literature.The systemization and standardization of Chinese comparative literature as a discipline is marked by the publication of many academic papers and monographs by Yue Daiyun.In the following decades,the construction of the theoretical system of Chinese comparative literature has always been consistent with the academic establishment and theory advancement of Yue Daiyun.
