摘要
合唱教学是学校艺术教育的重要内容,在各级教育行政部门的推进下,郑州市基础教育阶段合唱实践呈现出较好的发展态势,但同时也存在一些问题。笔者对郑州市小学阶段合唱教育现状进行了深入调研,分析了基础教育资源的配置、学校的建设力度和教师引进整体数量方面的优势,也发现了素质教育理念贯彻有待深入、音乐教师专业结构亟待优化、家校"共同育人"机制尚需完善等突出问题,并提出可行性对策。
Chorus teaching is an important part of the art education for all schools.With the attention and promotion of education administrative departments at all levels,chorus practice at primary education stage presents a good development trend,but there are still some problems.The author makes an in-depth investigation on the current situation of chorus education in primary schools in Zhengzhou City,analyzes the advantages in the allocation of primary education resources,the strength of school construction and the overall number of teachers introduced,and also reveals some prominent problems,namely,the implementation of the concept of quality education needs to be deepened,the professional structure of music teachers needs to be optimized,and the mechanism of“joint education”between family and school needs to be effectively promoted.Possible measures and solutions for solving the above problems are also proposed and discussed.
