疫情背景下的中考焦虑及应对

The Anxiety of High School Entrance Examination and Its Response in the Context of COVID-19

摘要 新冠肺炎疫情突如其来,打乱了初三学生的应考模式与学习节奏,学习环境由学校紧张复习转向了居家自主学习,教学方式也由传统课堂教学变为网上教学,致使本来就压力较大的学生还要转换学习思维,适应新的教学方式,为此在应考过程中会产生诸多焦虑情绪。本文将一般意义上的考试焦虑与疫情背景下的中考焦虑做对比分析,进而指出过度焦虑为应考带来的不良影响。在此基础上,从认知、行为、心理三个角度为初三学生提供疫情背景下的中考焦虑应对策略,期望他们在中考时能够发挥出最佳水平。 The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 disrupted the preparation mode for high school entrance examination and learning rhythm of third-year student in junior middle school.The learning environment changed from tense review at school to self-learning at home.The teaching method also moved from traditional classroom to online teaching.Students who had great stress had to transform study thinking and adapt to the new teaching way,which produced a lot of anxiety in the process of preparing entrance examination to high school.This paper makes a comparative analysis between the test anxiety in general sense and the high school entrance examination anxiety under the background of the COVID-19 and then points out the adverse effect of excessive anxiety on the examination.On this basis,from the perspectives of cognition,behavior and psychology,it provides the third-year students in junior middle school with coping strategies for anxiety in the context of the COVID-19,hoping that they can play their best in the high school entrance examination.
