乡村振兴战略和村民自治是在基层农村地区实行的战略和制度,旨在促进乡村经济发展,解决"三农"问题。在乡村振兴战略下,村民自治活动中存在的绩效低、法制化落后、功利化现象严重等问题,亟须寻找合理的解决途径,增强村民自治中的民主元素、法治元素、文化元素等,从而使村民自治成为乡村振兴战略快速落实的重要推动力量,顺利解决乡村振兴中遇到的问题,确保国家战略的正常高效运行。

Rural revitalization strategy and villager autonomy are the strategies and systems implemented in grass-roots rural areas,which aim to promote the development of rural economy and solve the problems of peasants.However,reasonable solutions are urgently needed to solve the problems of low performance,backward legal system and serious utilitarianism in the villager autonomy activities under the rural revitalization strategy.The elements of democracy,rule of law and culture in villager autonomy should be enhanced to make villager autonomy an important driving force for the rapid implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,smoothly solve the problems encountered in the rural revitalization,and ensure the normal and efficient operation of the national strategy.
