金融发展对科技成果转化效率的影响——基于长江经济带11个省市的实证研究

The Impact of Financial Development on the Conversion Efficiency of Scientific and Technological Achievements——Based on the Empirical Study of the 11 Provinces in Yangtze River Economic Belt

采用DEA-Malmquist模型和Tobit模型对2006~2016年长江经济带11个省市的面板数据进行实证分析。首先从静态和动态两个角度分析科技成果转化效率,然后研究金融发展对科技成果转化效率的影响。研究表明,金融发展对于科技成果转化效率有显著的正向影响。提出建立信息化平台、完善政策性融资担保体系、重视人才培养的政策性建议。

This paper uses DEA-Malmquist and Tobit model to analyze the panel data of 11 provinces in Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2006-2016.It analyzes the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements from static and dynamic perspectives at first,and then studies the impact of financial development on the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements.The results show that the financial development has positive influences on conversion efficiency of scientific and technological achievements.Thus,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on establishing information platform,perfecting policy financing guarantee system and attaching importance to talent training.
