摘要
电子商务快递业中存在服务质量低下等问题,不利于我国快递业和电子商务的发展,研究如何提高快递行业的服务质量具有重要的现实意义。文章首次将"电商平台"引入到共同提高快递服务质量的体系中,运用进化博弈动态思想探讨快递企业、电商企业和电商平台三者间通过合作提高快递服务质量过程中的利益博弈问题。研究结果表明:通过加大电商企业、快递企业的违约金,增大信誉损失,提高电商平台的监管罚金,有利于促进电商企业和快递企业间的合作,进一步提供高质量的快递服务;通过降低电商平台的监管成本,同时增大电商平台不监管造成的损失,有利于推动电商平台监管的积极性。
The poor service quality in the e-commerce express industry is not conducive to the development of express industry and e-commerce in China,and it is of great practical significance to study how to improve the service quality of express industry.For the first time,this paper introduces the"e-commerce platform"into the system of jointly improving the express service quality,and uses the evolutionary game dynamics to explore the cooperation between express delivery enterprises,e-commerce enterprises and e-commerce platforms in the process of improving the quality of express delivery services.The results show that by increasing the liquidated damages of e-commerce enterprises and express enterprises,enhancing the reputation loss,and improving the supervision fine of e-commerce platform,it is conducive to promoting the cooperation between e-commerce enterprises and express enterprises,and further providing high-quality express services;by reducing the regulatory costs of e-commerce platforms and increasing the losses caused by e-commerce platforms without supervision is conducive to promoting the enthusiasm of e-commerce platform supervision.
