英语研究性论文中作者身份构建的跨学科研究——以自我指称语的使用为例

An Interdisciplinary Study on Writers’ Identity Constructed by Self-mention in English Research Articles

摘要 以Tang&John(1999)提出的作者身份类型为理论框架,通过自建学术语篇语料库来探寻不同学科作者在英语研究性论文中如何使用自我指称语并用其构建作者身份。在整理分析数据时使用了工具Antconc 3.2.4w和Spyder。研究发现软学科作者使用多样化的自我指称语形式,主要构建"研究过程重述者"身份,表明其在论文撰写中更关注研究过程;硬学科作者仅使用自我指称语的复数形式,主要构建"论文构建者"身份,表明其在论文撰写中更强调论文的结构与组织。 Based on Tang&John’s(1999)framework of the classification of writer’s identity,a corpus of academic discourses is built to explore how writers of different disciplines use self-mention and what identities they construct through the use of self-mention in English research articles.The computer tools of Antconc 3.2.4 w and Spyder are used to process and analyze the data.Findings show that in the process of writing,writers of soft disciplines use diverse forms of self-mention to mainly construct the identity of"Recounter",indicating they put more emphasis on the research process;while writers of hard disciplines only adopt the plural forms of self-mention to mostly construct the identity of"Architect",demonstrating their focus on the structure and organization.
