摘要
针对俄乌冲突人工智能技术武器化应用,以火力战与信息战为主线,基于典型应用场景,分析了人工智能技术在俄乌战场无人系统精确火力打击、辅助决策、基于战场情报分析预测未来战争、人脸识别、网络信息深度造假与传播、未加密通信监听与自动翻译等各方面的应用。研究了人工智能技术对俄乌战场软硬杀伤手段的创新及对传统武器作战效能的提升,并展望了人工智能技术对未来混合战争在作战样式、杀伤手段、制胜机理等维度的变革性冲击与影响。
Aiming at the weaponization of artificial intelligence technology in the Russia-Ukraine conflict, focusing on firepower warfare and information warfare and based on typical application scenarios, the applications of artificial intelligence technology in the Russia-Ukraine battlefield are analyzed such as precise firepower strike of unmanned system, auxiliary decision-making, prediction of the future war based on battlefield intelligence analysis, face recognition, network information deep fraud and dissemination,unencrypted communication monitoring and automatic translation. And the innovation of artificial intelligence technology on the soft and hard killing methods of the Russia-Ukraine battlefield and the improvement of the combat effectiveness of traditional weapons are studied, the transformative impact and influences of artificial intelligence technology on future hybrid warfare in combat style, killing means and winning mechanism are prospected.
