文化生态保护区聚焦非物质文化遗产整体性保护。作为特殊"空间",文化生态保护区是政府和民众认知非物质文化遗产生产与传承的基础。非物质文化遗产主体通过传承实践创造和建构的"空间"包含了丰富的社会传统和人文生活形态,呈现了"整体""区隔""结构"的文化表达层次。文化生态保护区的"空间"表现出高度的凝聚力和认同属性。在政府引导下,以尊重文化生态保护区内民众意愿为主,科学认知文化生态保护区"空间"的生活性、历史性和文化性,实施文化生态保护区的"空间"建设,意在实现以文化生态涵养和激活非物质文化遗产传承发展内生动力的整体保护行动。

Cultural ecological reserves focus on the holistic protection of intangible cultural heritage.As a special kind of"space",cultural ecological reserves are the basis for the government and the public to recognize the production and transmission of intangible cultural heritage.The"space"created and constructed by the subjects of intangible cultural heritage through transmission contains abundant social traditions and forms of human life,showing different levels of cultural expression labeled as"wholeness","separation",and"structure".The"space"of cultural ecological reserves also shows high levels of cohesiveness and recognition.The construction of the"space"in cultural ecological reserves takes respecting people living in reserves as the value orientation,practices under governmental guidance,bases on recognizing their living,historical,and cultural nature.It is aimed at promoting the holistic protection action through cultural ecology conserving and activating the inherent force for the transmission and development of intangible cultural heritage.
