The conservation of museum collections is an important part of the utilization,display and research of the collections.The quality of collection maintenance and conservation work directly affects the display and research value of the collections.This paper discusses the research history of natural science collection conservation and the development of collection conservation materials,and combines the practice of museums all over the world,to expound on the current classification and applicable conditions of collection conservation materials.
