组织行为“神经画像”:组织中的认知神经研究述介

The “Neurological Portrait” of Organizational Behavior: A Review of Cognitive Neuroscientific Research in Organization

摘要 随着认知神经科学的发展,组织领域学者开始尝试借助神经成像等技术探究组织行为现象背后的神经机制,并结合传统行为研究理论对组织行为作综合性解读。通过对组织行为外显特征、内部加工过程和神经机制的分析,可以为一些常见组织行为的认识提供多侧面的解释依据,并为化解组织行为研究中的概念分歧和观点矛盾提供新的见解。目前组织认知神经研究处于初期发展阶段,已有研究主要关注情绪决策功能、组织内隐态度和领导力开发等几个关键问题,同时也面临方法与应用性等质疑与挑战。未来组织认知神经研究可在战略管理、跨文化管理和团队行为等领域发挥更大价值。 With the development of cognitive neuroscience,organizational scholars have begun to explore the neural mechanisms of organizational behavior through the use of neuroimaging techniques,and have tried,in combination with traditional theory,to comprehensively understand organizational behaviors.The cognitive neuroscientific research in organization aims to explore the neural mechanism of organizational behavior.Based on the organizational,cognitive and neuroscientific theory,and with the help of neuroscientific technologies,organizational cognitive neuroscientific research can provide multi-level insights into understanding common organizational phenomena.Similarly,it can also provide new ideas for resolving contradictions in existing organizational behavior research.At present,the organizational cognitive neuroscientific research is still at an early stage,and is focused on limited but important issues such as emotional function of decision-making,organizational implicit attitude and leadership development.There are also some challenges to and doubts about this emerging research,such as the charges of reductionism and uselessness.In the future,organizational cognitive neuroscientific research can play a greater role in areas such as strategic management,cross-cultural management,and team behavior.
