摘要
本研究对2023年2月—2024年2月广西口岸输入性流感病例的流行病学特征进行统计分析,为广西口岸流感病毒的监测防控提供依据。采集286例广西各口岸有咳嗽、咽痛、发热(≥37.3℃)等流感症状的入境人员的口咽拭子样本,检出流感病例78例,检出率为27.27%,其中甲型流感占75.64%(59例),乙型流感病毒占24.36%(19例)。病例主要来自泰国,占64.10%(50例);各年龄组均有流感病例检出,以16~30岁和31~45岁年龄组为主,分别检出26例(占33.33%)和23例(占29.49%);男女性别间流感病毒感染率无显著性差异。研究结果提示,2023年2月—2024年2月广西口岸输入性流感病例逐渐增多,主要流行高峰出现在冬春季,病例主要来自泰国,流行株以甲型H3N2亚型病毒为主,因此应对流感高发人群加强健康宣传教育。
This study presents a statistical analysis of the epidemiological characteristics of imported influenza cases detected at Guangxi ports from February 2023 to February 2024,aiming to inform surveillance,prevention,and control strategies for influenza viruses at these ports.A total of 286 inbound individuals exhibiting flu-like symptoms,including cough,sore throat,and fever(≥37.3℃),were sampled for oral and pharyngeal swabs at various Guangxi ports.Influenza was identified in 78 cases,yielding a detection rate of 27.27%.Influenza A was predominant,representing 75.64%of the cases(59 individuals),while influenza B accounted for the remaining 24.36%(19 individuals).The majority of cases were traced back to Thailand,contributing to 64.10%of the total(50 cases).Influenza cases were observed across all age groups,with a notable concentration in the 16-30 and 31-45 age brackets,where 26(33.33%)and 23(29.49%)cases were identified,respectively.No significant gender disparity in influenza virus infection rates was observed.The findings indicate a gradual increase in the incidence of imported influenza cases at Guangxi ports from February 2023 to February 2024,with a primary peak in the winter and spring seasons.Given the predominance of the A H3N2 subtype,it is imperative to enhance health education and awareness campaigns,particularly tar geting the demographic groups with higher influenza prevalence.
