摘要
中越两国地理毗邻,有1300 km的边境线,双边贸易频繁,植物疫情防控形势严峻。以边境实蝇联合监测为基础的中越边境国门生物安全联合监测建立了国际植物检疫技术合作的典范。本文介绍了中越植物检疫技术合作实践的背景和意义、工作概况、成果,以及中越植物检疫技术合作平台的建立等技术合作情况,在此基础上,就中越植物检疫技术合作的未来发展提出了建议。
China and Vietnam,geographically adjacent with a 1300 km border,experience frequent bilateral trade,leading to a challenging situation in plant epidemic prevention and control.The exemplary international cooperation in plant quarantine technology is established through the joint monitoring of border tephritid flies.This paper introduces the background,significance,work overview,achievements,and the establishment of the Sino-Vietnamese Plant Quarantine Technology Cooperation Platform.Based on this,suggestions for the future development of Sino-Vietnamese plant quarantine technology cooperation are proposed.
